Lost wedding band found, for third time

Peter Bragdon says he doesn’t have a problem losing things. But that doesn’t explain why he’s lost his wedding band four times since he married his wife Shirley in 1966.
Peter’s latest mishap occurred before Christmas when he lost his ring while he was outside working in his yard. After looking and looking, Peter couldn’t find it.
But a stranger walking down the road in front of Bragdon’s home did find the ring and Jody Davidson was determined to find the rightful owner. So Davidson took out a newspaper ad and posted signs in the neighborhood.
When a friend saw one of the signs, he told Peter to call Jody and this week he got his wedding band back. It’s the third time Pete’s wedding band has been recovered after he lost it.
While Peter says he doesn’t like to lose his wedding ring, he says it’s okay, as long as he doesn’t lose his wife.
The couple’s 60th wedding anniversary is later this year.
