Man Donates to Charity After Robbery

Published: October 27, 2005

As investigators continue to search for a charity robber, a generous man has replaced the loss.

Earlier this week, investigators say someone broke into the backdoor of the Brunswick County Literacy Council office in Supply.

The thief stole money raised in their weekend yard sale. It was close to $2,500.

Wednesday, Sea Coast Realty owner Tim Milam donated $2,500 to the charity.

He said it was just the right thing to do.
