Fishing Dog Loves To Chase Fish

A 6-year-old Norfolk terrier does more than just ride along on fishing trips, he actually chases the fish.
“Arthur” has been diving after unsuspecting panfish since the first summer owner Kelly Marshik brought him home.
“It is fun to watch him come back and have them in his mouth as he’s swimming up to the mat,” she said. “As soon as he gets up on the mat, that fish is out, and he’s on to the next one. … I think it’s catch and release.”
Roll out his trusty floating mat, and Arthur will pad back and forth for hours.
“He’s obsessive compulsive about fish,” Marshik said.
However, he doesn’t catch his limit. Marshik figures Arthur averages about one fish per summer
