2 Boys Rescued From Neighborhood Pool

Two kids were rescued after they nearly drowned in a neighborhood pool in Fort Bend County, Local 2 reported Friday.
Authorities with the Sugar Land Police Department said a 4-year-old boy was flown to a hospital after nearly drowning at the Greatwood subdivision community pool, located on Shadow Brook near Winding Brook, at about 5:15 p.m.
The second child was rescued from the pool at about 6:15 p.m. but did not have to be taken to a hospital.
Police said a lifeguard and mother were at the pool when the incidents happened.
Authorities have not released the condition of the boy transported to a hospital.
Residents who were swimming at the pool when the near drownings occurred said the pool was murky at the time of the accident.
The incidents remain under investigation.
