Lexington third-grader donates tresses to Locks of Love

A Lexington third-grader cuts her long locks Wednesday for a good cause.
Anna Bedolla tells the reason she’s donating her hair, “For me, it’s important that other people can get hair.”
Before Anna Bedolla sat in the chair at Great Clips in Lexington her hair was measured. Then with a few snips her two long ponytails were gone.
The eight-year-old will donate her hair to “Locks of Love.” The hair will be used for children who have lost their hair because of cancer treatment.
