Missing three days, girl, 16, returns home

A 16-year-old girl with a heart condition, who was missing almost three days, returned home Sunday after seeing her photo in the news.
Brittany Cuffie, who lives in the 2000 block of NW 37th Terrace, Lauderdale Lakes, left her mother’s house on Thursday night after an argument. She returned home at about 1:15 p.m. Sunday, said Broward Sheriff’s Office Spokeswoman Veda Coleman-Wright.
Though Cuffie seemed in good condition, she was hospitalized, possibly as a precautionary measure, Coleman-Wright said.
