Donated Dental Day

Published: February 3, 2005

The Umpqua Dental Society will hold the fourth annual Donated Dental Day from 7 to 10 a.m. Friday at the Albertsons parking lot in Roseburg.

The goal is to provide free dental treatment for low-income patients without health insurance.

People should contact the Family Connections of Douglas County WarmLine first, to make sure they’re eligible for the free treatment. On the day of the event, patients will be seen on a first come first serve basis until all appointments are taken. Anyone who does not receive treatment will still get a visual oral exam and dental supplies. These patients will be screened and referred to local dentists for further treatment.
