Four rescued from sinking houseboat

Four people have been rescued from a sinking houseboat in an estuary at Mandurah, south of Perth.
Police received a call for help from a woman just after 3:00am AWST.
Calling from a mobile phone, she told police she was an a sinking houseboat with another adult and two children.
A subsequent search by local emergency services and police located the partially submerged houseboat on its side.
All four people were rescued and are safe and well.
