F1 Ferrari racing car to raise money for charity

In conjunction with the 34th anniversary of the renaming of Brunei Town to Bandar Seri Begawan being organised by the Municipal Board of Brunei-Muara District, Brunei Shell Marketing Co Sdn Bhd (BSM) will be holding a charity ‘Walk-A-Hunt’ at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar Ali Saifuddien this Sunday morning.
According to the Head of BSM’s Commercial, Mr Jacob Chua Peng Guan, the half-day event is open to the public and entry forms are available at BSM office, 9th Floor, PGGMB Building with a fee of $5 for each participating team.
There will also be a ‘Photo Hunt’ challenge using digital cameras. The theme of photos to be taken would be revealed to participants this Sunday.
Meanwhile, the 2001 model F1 Ferrari racing car driven by celebrity F1 driver Michael Schumacher is on display at BSM Customer Service new office at the ground floor of PGGMB Building.
Members of the public will be charged $10 to have a photo taken with the car by a photographer. All proceeds would be donated to charity, according to Jacob Chua.
