Baby rescued from blaze in flat

An eight-month-old girl was among seven people rescued from a blaze in a block of flats in Edinburgh.

The baby is believed to have suffered slight smoke inhalation and was taken to the Royal Infirmary after being pulled from the flats in Calder View.

Three people escaped through a window and four were pulled from the building. There were no suspicious circumstances.
