Baby Rescued by Brother From Duct

A 16-month-old baby is lucky to be alive after his five-year-old brother rescued him from an open duct in their Toronto home.
Matthew Simser was playing with his baby brother Graham after dinner Sunday when Graham disappeared.
The boy’s parents saw that the rickety gate on the duct gave way.
Scott Simser lowered his son Matthew by his ankles down into the duct to grab Graham.
The grate is now covered by a board.
