Korean fishermen rescued from Wellington harbour

Two Korean crewmen were taken to hospital with hypothermia after being rescued from Wellington Harbour this morning.
Wellington Maritime police Constable Andrew Cox said Korean fishing boat the Oyang 97 was leaving the wharf about 6.30am when a crewman was knocked overboard as a line snagged.
Another crewman and the boat’s pilot leapt in to save him. Two of the trio were taken by ambulance to Wellington Hospital with mild hypothermia.
